We are constantly making reservations as far out as 6 months. You should plan on reserving the necessary equipment as early as possible before your event date. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that the items you want will be in stock. If you are unsure of the exact number of guests, we can always modify the reservation to suit your needs.
Complete the Rental Request Form, and we will either contact you by phone and/or email to verify your request and determine the availability of the dates you desire and/or need.
Pricing varies by the customer's desire and/or needs. We offer individual items and package deals. Once the customer verifies the items needed for their event, we will give a quote. Our prices are generally listed excluding the delivery (setup and breakdown) fee. Our Package prices are listed with the delivery price built in.
Final payment is due seven days from delivery unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept PayPal or a credit card.
We deliver to a 70-mile radius of McBee, South Carolina. In order to find out if we deliver to your specific town, please give us a call.
The delivery fee is generally $200 when the tents are required, which includes set-up and breakdown. If tents are not included in the items rented, the price is generally $100, depending on the location.
For Saturday or Sunday events, delivery is normally done on Thursday or Friday before the event. Exact times for delivery are typically scheduled for Wednesday before your event. We will call you on either Wednesday or Thursday to confirm your order and give you an estimated delivery time window. We will make all efforts to honor requests for specific times, but it's always a possibility of being delayed by traffic or weather conditions. If this happens, our delivery personnel will call you to keep you updated on the progress of the trucks and give you an updated time of delivery.
We recommend that you or a representative be present at the delivery time to ensure that your items get delivered to the correct location and your desired set-up. If you cannot be home, we can deliver the items, but we will ask for an open line of communication if our delivery has a question.
All tents will be properly set up and secured by our trained personnel. Tables, Chairs, Lighting or Sidewalls will be installed per the customer’s request. We love it if you could wipe down tables, and we break them down. We will give instructions on the chairs at the time of delivery. Only our trained personnel will take down the tent structure.
The customer is responsible for all items from the time of delivery to the time of pick-up. The customer will be charged replacement or repair costs for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment due to misuse or negligence.
Yes, it is possible depending on the setting of the deck, patio, or driveway. Our frame tents can be installed over decks, patios, or driveways, given the space needed.
All underground utilities and/or sprinkler systems need to be marked before a tent is installed. You may call 811 or go to www.sc1pups.org to request that your property be marked for underground facility lines. We will not be responsible for any damage to any underground lines or sprinkler systems that are not marked or marked incorrectly.
